Why do certain pages change background colours?

This is a case of me not knowing how to do something in JQuery and HTML. If you know what you're doing and know how to fix this, please contact me. I'm using the load function in JQuery.

When I click on certain things, it doesn't work. Why?

There's two cases here:
  1. The page hasn't been made yet
  2. I mistyped the link
You can tell which of the two it is by going into inspect mode, finding the broken link while in inspect mode, and looking at the url in .load('this part of the onclick')?. I try to make all of the links readable to humans and properly spelled, so there should be no typos at all.

There's random italic/superscript questions marks

Those are meant to be tooltips. There's code for proper and obvious tooltips out there, I'm just too lazy to bother putting all of that in here
